- Confirm that the firmware version of the machine is up to date.
- Confirm whether the user can monitor the network in real-time through the mobile phone.
- It is recommended that the user try to restart the camera.
- Collect cloud storage orders from users, device numbers, and log files in memory cards to submit technical groups for analysis.
