I purchase a Cloud plan and change the mobile d evice but I don’t see the Cloud plan

  • Cloud storage is tied to account numbers and cameras, if the cloud storage machine is bound, after resetting, or rebinding a new account, the new account if you want to use cloud storage needs to be re-purchased.
