Here is the process for activating your cloud code from the YI Store. Please take a look at the steps below.
1. Log in to the YI Cloud website https://yiiotcloud.com/login
If you are using a VPN, please disable it during this process.
2. Enter your Account credentials (account email address, password). Ensure the region shown is the same region your cameras are paired to in your mobile app
3. Click “Sign-In”.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Have a service gift card, click on “Enter Here”.
5. Enter your 18-digit service code and click on “Submit“.
6. If you receive the error, “The recharge card number is invalid”, the code you have entered is incorrect. Make sure you are entering the correct service code.
