Cloud Service Not Uploading The Recordings To The Cloud

If you have purchased a cloud service in the app, but you are not able to see any cloud service for the camera, the “Video Upload Service” may be disabled. Please refer to the steps below to enable it.

1. Launch the YI IoT App.

2. From the App Home Screen, select the camera.

3. Tap on Settings.

4. Tap on the My Cloud settings.

5. Enable the “Video upload service“.

6. Check if motion detection is turned on from the settings (if the cloud subscription is motion detection type).

7. Are there any internet or power outage on the date of the event?

8. When was the last time the cloud was uploaded?

9. Check if the account has the right type of cloud(wire-free is not compatible with cloud CVR)
